30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for ANY reason you are not happy with shear you ordered from Bonika Shears you may return the item for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made by check or a credit to your credit card. The items must be returned in a marketable condition. After 30 days there is a 15% restocking fee.
If you ordered Bonika Shears from a distributor rather than directly from the official Bonika Shears website, any satisfaction guarantees are at the descretion of the person or business where you purchased the shear.
Life Time Warranty
There is a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects. This would include any part of the shear including the blade, handle, screw, bumper, finger rest that were defective from the beginning. These defects may not show up until years later, but will cause problems with the performance of the shears. The shears would have been used in normal and expected use. These problems must not be related to abuse, misuse or poor sharpening of the shears. Your shears will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Bonika Shears.
Accidental Damage Warranty
Bonika shears have an additional one year warranty on accidental damage except the Silks, Jazzies and Nikas Shears which have a 90 day accidental damage policy. Your shears will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Bonika Shears.
How to Return Items
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the shipping and insurance back UNLESS there was a mistake made by us. If we made a mistake, we will send you a return shipping label. If you return an item by the post office and they destroy it or lose it, then you and the post office are responsible, not us. So please insure your returns and pack them securely. We recommend that you use FedEx or UPS for the most reliable shipping. Send your return to Bonika Shears Return Department, 4221 Hopkins Lake Dr., Duluth, GA 30096-4557, USA. Include inside the box your name, reason for return, how you would like us to handle the return (exchange, refund, etc), street address to send the refund or exchange to, phone number and email to contact you and $9.00 shipping and handling if appropriate.
