"I have never owned a very expensive pair of scissors, I became a cosmetologist in the early ninety's and had no clue how expensive scissors could be, and I remember going to a designer class and watching the instructor do a haircut and how clean and sharp her edges were and then I found out she had a six hundred dollar pair of scissors. I was surprised to know they even made them that expensive.
Anyways , I have been out of hairdressing for almost sixteen years now for various reasons and I really love it and have decided to go back to school after all these years and I really want to own a nice pair of scissors but haven't a clue about what kind to purchase, so now I know about tempered and and rockwell which will help me to be able to at least start somewhere.
